Retention periods

  • Partner applications: 2 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship exists.
  • Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; consent is stored for 6 months.
  • Billing data and legal obligations: in line with applicable legal retention periods.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).

These terms of use govern access to and use of the covalba.fr website. By browsing the site, the user accepts these terms without reservation.

The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions for using the covalba.fr website, a showcase site presenting the activity, products and services of Covalba (reflective “cool roof” coatings).

The site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, and maintenance operations.
